Dinoti is free to download and use. This release has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertising or paid features. Online replies depend on service availability and may have usage limits; you will not be charged for using them. Your internet or mobile provider may charge for connectivity.
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs your license to the iOS app. These service terms explain Dinoti’s optional online services and do not replace that license or limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
The native iOS release is for ages 13 and older, or the higher minimum age required where you live. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian’s permission. This release does not support children under 13. An email account is optional. Use accurate account information, protect your password, and only upload information you have permission to use.
Online replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Dinoti is a virtual character, not a person, therapist or emergency service. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other important decisions. If there is immediate danger, seek help from a trusted person or local emergency services.
Do not use online features to exploit children, threaten or harass people, create illegal content, disclose another person’s private information without permission, or attempt to compromise the service. Do not bypass access controls or service limits. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users, prevent abuse or comply with law.
You retain your rights to the information you provide. You permit processing needed to deliver features you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy. Online chat requires separate permission to send messages to the AI provider. Do not share passwords or information you do not want processed online.
Camera controls and AR should be used in a safe space. Stop if uncomfortable. Experimental game measurements and support suggestions are not validated medical assessments, diagnoses, or predictions of illness or suicide. Games and AI cannot determine whether you are safe or replace human care.
Cloud backups are optional and manually saved. Settings provides account and active-profile deletion. Logout does not delete information. Deletion does not remove files you exported or copies on other devices. Keep your own copy of information you need; do not use Dinoti as your only record of important information.
Online services may be interrupted, limited, updated or discontinued. Material changes to these terms will be identified in an updated version; where required, we will ask for renewed agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
